How it works

Capture, plan, cook — in that order.

Mise inbox with a freshly captured recipe processing
01

Capture

Paste a link, snap a card, upload a PDF. Mise extracts ingredients and steps in the background.

02

Plan

Set a few constraints. Watch the week fill in, with a one-line reason next to each meal.

03

Cook

Today's dinner is one tap from the home screen. Big steps, inline timers, screen stays on.

Capture

Recipes from anywhere, in seconds.

A link to a food blog. A photo of a recipe card. A PDF cookbook export. Mise reads it all, pulls out ingredients and steps, and asks you to confirm only the parts it's unsure about.

  • URL extraction from any cooking site
  • Photo, PDF, and file upload
  • Smart confidence — verify the few low-confidence fields, not every line

Plan

Every meal comes with a reason.

Set a few constraints — fast nights, who's home, what's in the fridge — and Mise plans the week one meal at a time, with a one-line reason next to each. Want to change something? Tell it in plain English: "make Thursday faster" or "we have people over Friday."

  • Constraint chips, not a form
  • One-line rationale next to every placement
  • Refine with natural language, not menus

Shop

One list. Only what you'll actually use.

Skip Thursday's salmon and the salmon's groceries drop off. Pull Saturday's brunch in from next week and its ingredients fold in. The list is grouped by aisle, and every item tells you which meal it's for.

  • Grouped by aisle, not by recipe
  • Toggle meals in or out and the list updates live
  • Pantry items auto-deduct before you go to the store

Questions

Before you sign up.

What will it cost?

Mise is a paid subscription with a free trial. You'll be able to pick monthly or annual when we open.

When can I download it?

Soon. Drop your email and we'll send you the download link the day Mise goes live.

iOS only, or Android too?

Both. iOS and Android at launch.

Does it work offline?

The calendar and cook mode work without a connection — handy when you're at the stove and the Wi-Fi flakes. Recipe import needs internet for the extraction step.

Can I share my plan with my partner?

Shared lists are on the roadmap. At launch, Mise lives on your device with cloud backup.
